Could be warmer

By Amy

from Modoc County, CA

Pros

  • Good Grip
  • Snug Fit/Stretch

Cons

    Best Uses

    • Casual Wear

    COMMENTS:

I purchased a pair for myself and another for a friend. We were both looking for warm winter gloves that wouldn't be too bulky. My friend does field work in the winter and wanted to be able to write with them on and they said they could. The gloves are comfortable and stretchy. The downside is that they are only good to about 20 degrees. Once temps dipped into the teens my finger tips were cold. They good for short trips but I would be very hesitant to take them out on a cold day in the forest.

      COMMENTS:

I am always looking for gloves to keep my hands warm in single digit or colder weather. I need to be able to work with the gloves. The first cold snap I tried them and they failed. (6deg and -13). They work fine in Temperature above 20.

        COMMENTS:

I wore my gloves for the first time this morning. It is 18 degrees and they kept my hands warm while doing my morning chicken farm chores. While they are too bulky to do things that require fine motor skills they are fine for most things I need to do. Best part was my hands were still dry and warm after handling frozen water. They are a bit pricey but I'm willing to pay the price if they keep my hands warm and dry.

          COMMENTS:

I actually both 2 pairs of the same glove. One for me and one for my daughter. We both love them. A little tight in the cuff getting on but once one they are great!

              COMMENTS:

I'm not sure what other reviewers are experiencing, but I just wore these gloves in 30 degree weather in MA
They are not warm at all, my fingers were freezing in a short amount of time. For the price I thought I'd would get what was described. These are not Winter gloves! I will be returning.
