Women's Sizing Charts

Head: Measure around head, just above eyebrows. Convert inches to hat size using sizing chart.	Waist: Bend side to side to find natural waist. Measure around waist allowing the tape to sit comfortably.	For best results, take measurements over your undergarments. Use a soft tape measure, and allow it to sit comfortably.
Bust: Keeping tape parallel to the floor, measure fullest part of chest with arms relaxed down at sides.	Hips: Stand with feet together. Keep measuring tape parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of seat.
Sleeve: Measure from center of back at neck to shoulder, over elbow and down to wrist.	Inseam: Find a pair of pants that fit you well.Lay them flat and measure from the crotch seam to bottom of the leg. If you are measuring 100% cotton pants that have been washed, add 1⁄2".

Summer Activities

I work as a camp nurse and this past summer was terribly hot. These shorts were the only things that when I pulled them on I didn't groan! These are whisper weight and wick away the moisture so I didn't feel sticky.

these shorts ROCK, they are dressy enough, sturdy enough, they are great for all uses & the black is flattering on all. Glad I bought 2 pairs. Stretchy enough to squat & do things, just the right material to wear lots of places. Long enough to be modest for us seasoned chicks, but not dowdy at all. I love them in December in Texas, I may need to get more for summer. Please don't let these shorts go into obsoletion.

Love the design of these shorts! Attractive because they are trim without being too tight. I really like the longer inseam, too. The fabric is light and breathable but it's not flimsy. It seems quite strong/durable. Though my flex fire hose cargos are a size 6, I ordered these shorts in size 8 because that was the only size left, and the 8s work very well. The waist is a little too big on me, but I can wear a belt. I really like the way the rest of the shorts fit--not too tight and not too baggy around my hips/rear. I don't like tight shorts! Thank you for the thought and practicality you put into the design of your clothes, Duluth! It really makes a great difference to have comfortable, functional clothes!

Flattering lighweight Shorts

True to size 8 fits my 5'6" 140Lb frame perfectly. These don't wrinkle and they breathe too. There are many pockets and there even is a zipper closure on one of the them. The olive color goes great with the olive women's field vest! I love these shorts!!

Love these shorts!

Wear almost anywhere

I am so glad I ordered these shorts. They are hardy enough for outdoor work or hiking and nice-looking enough to wear for shopping or eating at a casual restaurant. They wash well and dry fast, plus they are flattering and stretch with you. I got the black so they look dressier. I would like to see more colors next year!

Great Short! Runs Small

The first pairs I ordered were embarassingly tight. I wasn't sure that a size up would do the trick. Boy, am I glad I exchanged them! They fit perfectly, dry quickly if I use them for water sports, are great for the above 100 degree weather we've had this summer, and the length is perfect. I can't think of a way to improve them other than working on the sizing.
