It keeps you warm, on cool/cold days. It is breathable and not overwhelming on warm days. WarM without being bulky. Great for keeping wind off your head/face/neck. I can't wait to buy it in another color.

It's nice to be able throw it on in so many ways. Taking the dogs out, I wrap it around my head and neck, and we're off. So easy to put on without the bulk like some scarfs. Wore it out to a restaurant with the girls and received many complements.

          COMMENTS:

This scarf has so many applications: When watching TV in the evening, I put this around my shoulders to keep the heat in the house turned down and the winter chill at bay with a full six feet of comfortable cottony-soft fabric. Since our driveway is rather long, on cold and/or breezy days, I throw my scarf over my head and wrap it around my neck and shoulders (ala a balaclava) to walk out to get the mail, pick up the newspaper, etc. When dining out, we occasionally encounter a drafty table; the convertible scarf is small enough to put into a purse or tote bag to pop out and put over one's lap or shoulders (no need to ask your husband or sig other to go to the car to get your sweater). Or, how about the ever-popular idea of just wearing it under a jacket as a "muffler"? The fabric is a nice waffle-weave (I got the Poppy color which is not a true red, but rather more of an orangey coral and pretty) and I haven't been zapped yet with the usual static-shock other scarves provide. I have also fastened the snaps to create a double-layered infinity scarf when I don't want so much fabric dangling around me but want the comfort of a neck warmer.
