    Sad face

    By Thistle-puller

    from MN

    About Me Landscape maintainer

    Pros

    • Same price as Duluth's other garden gloves.

    Cons

    • Thistles poked right through. Ouch.
    • Why the dye! Embarrassing to have yellow skin.

    Best Uses

      COMMENTS:

I'm so disappointed. I thought this company made stuff for real outdoor work. I already had to return the other gardening gloves because they got holes after a week's work.
If you're reading the reviews before purchasing, you're smart. I didn't and wish I had. I have to find serious gloves for work; these aren't them. Sorry.

      Best Uses

      • Dry Weather

      COMMENTS:

My hands and fingernails were badly stained when I was using these to work in my garden in the damp. I could get the dye off my hands after repeated washings, but my nails were yellow for a week. I tried soaking everything, vinegar, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide. It was rideculous.

      Didn't Hold Up

      By CM

      About Me Comfort-oriented, Practical

      Pros

      • Good Grip
      • Lightweight

      Cons

      • Wears Out Quickly

      Best Uses

        COMMENTS:

I loved these gloves when I got them. The fit was perfect and they were very comfortable. However, they only lasted one season of gardening. By the end of one season of gardening several fingertip seams ripped and I couldn't use them without wearing latex or thin cotton gloves under them to keep my hands clean. Very disappointed.
