    Where's the Pockets?

    By Mary

    from Upstate NY

    COMMENTS:

All of my Duluth-Flex work pants are about worn out. Great pants, but the models that were so practical for me have all been discontinued. This particular design would deserve a re-try, except that there is no pocket on the thigh big enough to hold a phone? What's up Duluth? Are you turning your work pants into a fashion statement? Or do we get something practical for WORK????

Not sure why they don't offer the men's versions for women

      COMMENTS:

I have these in the men's version and the women's version. The fabric for the women's version is heavier, stiffer and wrinkles more than the men's Flex Fire Hose Carpenter pant (http://www.duluthtrading.com/store/mens/mens-pants/work-pants-for-men/18101.aspx?processor=content). As well, the colors are kind of horrible. The grey is really classic for the mens and I have the black for these. They feel a bit over-engineered. Not sure why the women's pant needs the reinforced knee but the men's doesn't. I have heard this from other women too that the men's pant is a better fit for working. I just bought another men's pant in grey b/c they just are nicer to move around in and I love the color.
