Love these boots

About Me Comfort-oriented

Pros

  • Comfortable
  • Durable

Cons

  • Sole has no traction on slick surfaces

Best Uses

  • Wet Weather
  • Work

COMMENTS:

I've used these for the past 2 or 3 years for work only when it was raining. I am a mail carrier who walks almost 10 miles per day on my route. They have been very good to me in keeping my feet dry. At first they were a little tight but they gradually stretched out to be very comfortable. I wear thick socks with them and don't have a problem with them being too tight. I just wish these shoes had a non slip sole. The ankle height is perfect for walking long distance and the stitching and construction of this boot is great.

Run Narrow Compared to other similar Ariats

Pros

  • Comfortable
  • Good Cushioning
  • Stable
  • Warm

Cons

  • Poor FIt

Best Uses

  • Casual Wear
  • Cold Weather
  • Work

COMMENTS:

If you're used to buying Ariat Terrains, or similar Ariat boots, and find those to be wide enough, while other more traditional Ariat boots are too narrow, be aware that these are on the narrow side.

My feet fit great in a 7.5 Terrain or Terrain H2O. I've worn through at least half a dozen of those. I ordered 7.5 in these Camrose boots, and they are way too narrow. I'm going to have to send them back.

  • Good Fit
  • No breaking-in needed
  • Stylish

Cons

  • Doesn't breathe well for prolonged wear

Best Uses

  • Casual Wear

COMMENTS:

I love these boots. I'm on my feet all day at work and barely notice thanks to these boots, I even walked around NYC for 8 hours straight and it barely felt like it! They're super comfortable, look great, durable, and have great traction in the snow; hardly even felt the cold with these on. Only complaint I'd have is prolonged wear they make my feet sweat.

    Cons

      Best Uses

      COMMENTS:

These boots stay dry and have great traction. They are easy to put on/take off. I wear them to do garden and landscaping work and they are sturdy and comfortable. They are true to size for thicker socks and slightly loose with thin (dress) socks.
