    My wife's new go-to tool.

      COMMENTS:

I bought this for my wife. My wife grows roses, almond trees, lupine, mint, tomatoes, lettuce, and much more. My daughters sometimes move her trowels or her weeders, and her pruners keep learning new ways to hide, so I thought this could be a sort of multi-purpose backup. She liked the look of it when it arrived. And after she used it, she liked it even better. She used to carry a bunch of tools when she went out to work in the garden. Now she just grabs this little Hori Hori as she heads out the door. She said it's just so doggone handy. She hasn't had it long, but it's already seen a lot of use. And she wouldn't use it so much if she didn't like it a lot.

        COMMENTS:

Here in Florida our grass is not like any place I have lived before. They have these shooters that grow crazy and are very hard to pull. I purchased this knife to help cut those shooters so I don't have to make my hands sore from pulling. LOVE IT!

          COMMENTS:

I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for someone in northern Wisconsin, so it won't be used until the spring. But it appears to be solid and sturdy. I was impressed with the quality, but will have to wait until spring to see how it holds up.

I use this for uprooting stubborn weeds, slicing into tight root bound soil to get in slips of ground cover.
