I bought these for use during woodworking and other light maintenance work and am pleased with the feel of the material, the color, and the leg length.

However, if you wear pants just at or slightly below your hips (like I do), then these pants may not be for you. The contoured waistband is tight and the pelvic/thigh area is very baggy. Even when I pull the pants up as high as they'll go, the waistband feels fitted and the rest of the waist area is disproportionally bunchy. I would exchange these for one size down, but I know that the waistband will be too tight.

Also, the waist pockets are designed in a way that makes it awkward to get your hands in. They are small, strangely curved, and so far to the sides that it's difficult to get items in and out of the pockets and uncomfortable to keep items in there. I end up using the the back pockets because they're deep. The leg pockets seem convenient but are shallow: tools, phones, etc slide out when bending or crouching down.

That being said, the pants are very comfortable to work in and are perfect for jobs that require a lot of crouching due to the roominess, butt coverage, and flexibility. The material is a great mix of toughness for work and softness for movement.

With limited women's work pants options, these are a good choice for the price.

I did try on the pants before I discarded the return label. But, if I had worn them for several minutes (sat in them and walked around), I would have returned them. They are the most uncomfortable pants I've ever worn.

I have bought Duluth pants for my husband for years and finally bout some for myself. These work great for training, jobsite visits, and general casual dessing. I do not particularly like the placement of the pockets at the back of the knee. The pocket does fit my blackberry, but when I sit in the car or in a chair, I have to take it out. The pocket would be better if it were on the side or front-side above the knee.

Bit of a lower cut "waist" than other Duluth women's pants' perhaps the snugness will stretch some. Heavier fabric than the fire hose pants.

These are very flattering! Previously I was buying mens carpenter pants so these are wonderful, I would really like them in a tan or a natural color too. Like them so much I bought a couple more after the first were tried on. One disappointment was that when my size was unavailable on my re-order I did not get any notice when they would be in stock again. I hope these are a continued product because they are all I want to wear now!

I bought these pants with some skepticism, but am delighted at the fit. Thought they might look like men's, but they are definitely a durable yet feminine pair of pants. Will purchase again.

I bought these for my underground fencing business to wear while installing, but I'm afraid they will not stand up to the task. I do love the way they look and fit. I wish there was an option without all the pockets. I would wear these for sales(estimate)appointments.

I love the way these fit!!! First time ordering women's clothes, I work at a pottery studio, the clay wipes off easily. Have gotten so many compliments, these are so comfortable sitting and walking. The price is great, please have more colors to choose from and don't raise the price!!!
