When out doing ghost investigations, we need to carry quite a few tools and documenting equipment. The many pockets keep me organized and equipment easily gotten to. I have recommended this product to many of the ladies that I work with and have recommended the men's version to the gentlemen.

I have wanted this jacket since it came out and finally decided to get it and glad I did! A busy mom with a small child the multi pockets is great cause I can carry my wallet, phone, keys, shopping list and a few things for my 2yr old in the pockets while running errands and not have to carry a purse!!

Jacket runs true to size. Will say if you plan to wear in winter with sweaters, long sleeves, etc.. you may want to buy a size larger to make sure the jacket is not snugged. I baught a large which the jacket runs a little big when I am only wearing a tshirt but the inside cord that makes the jacket fit my shapely in the waiste took care of it looking baggy on me.

Love this jacket and honestly thinking of getting it in red!

There is a lot to love about this jacket:
the fabric is wonderful,
it seems well made,
the double zipper is a great touch.

I bought one size larger to allow for other layers underneath the jacket, and the fit in the shoulders and the top of the jacket seem about right for that purpose.

However, the downside of this jacket is significant. While the jacket offers great ease of movement when reaching forward from an upright/standing position, whenever I stoop over or bend at the waist, the lower edge of the jacket rides up over my... er... "bottom," and it stays that way once I stand up again. That means I continually find myself tugging the jacket back into place. I'd really prefer not to have to do that!

I'm also surprised to hear the complaints from the petite people. I'm only 5'7", but I'd sure like to have the drawstring positioned an inch or two lower and have more length on the jacket as well.

Finally, I'm not sure that the jacket is cut right. When the pockets are fully loaded or when the jacket is fully zipped, at least ON ME, the waist is higher in the back than in the front.

I really WANTED to love this jacket, but I just don't.

I got this to replace a similar lightweight jacket that just didn't have enough pockets. This one has plenty of pockets that are easy to access and the fit is very flattering. I like that it gathers in the waist but is more forgiving of my hips. It's very versatile..I wear it hiking and then out to eat. This is my new jacket to grab on the way out the door in the fall (when it's not raining). The only downside (and the only reason for 4, and not 5 stars) is that the zipper can be difficult to get started.

I just love this jacket! I can stay in it all day at the farm or go do errands and feel that I still look clean and stylish. Do you have a winter version of this jacket? I know you have the vest for warmer months. It was made for me and fits me perfectly!

I was looking for a jacket for Fall that had enough pockets to give me freedom from carrying a purse. This jacket keeps my hands free for treking around the Autumn Harvest Fairs here in the midwest and...most important to this grandma...my hands are free for giving hugs to my grandchildren! Love the red color, too!

I ordered a large (although normally wear a Duluth medium)to accomodate layers. I am tall and always looking for long enough sleeves. Up-sizing jackets helps with that, as well. Fit is a bit large over lighter garments, but it will fit over a sweater and/or vest nicely. You can adjust the waist, so that is a good feature. I was looking for light-weight, wind-protection, and pockets, without creating that M-man look. I hate purses, love pockets, and Duluth is the place that has 'em for women..

Fist I like the womens catalog with actual photos! The cargo jacket on page 27 of the " fall preview" catalog is exactly what I've been trying to find for myself; except that I'm a man.Get a men's version PLEASE! The jacket would be good for early mornings in my boat or just to cut the wind a little on breezy days. Plus the many pockes will hold all kinds of stuff.

This is a rather slim cut jacket with plenty of pockets. I wear it over mid-weight shirts and it fits well, but It wouldn't layer comfortably over a fleece or heavy sweater. The coffee color is quite dark with a greenish cast rather than a true, warm brown, but it's fine. This is the jacket I grab on my way out the door when I'm not sure what the weather will be like.

There is an elastic band inside that runs across the upper back of the jacket to allow stretch when you move, but the band makes the jacket feel tight and bulky on my back. Also, the metal zipper was almost impossible to engage, very cheap. The styling is cute but jacket is not comfortable. Returning it.
