I wear these primarily at the barn and they're great for horse bathing time, when the water splashes all over, and during our monsoon season. We get periods of very heavy rain and everything becomes sloppy muddy. These boots are totally waterproof but have an actually comfortable footbed so it does not feel like some flimsy rubber boot. I think I ordered a little big but that gives me plenty of room to tuck in my pants or wear heavier socks. I do have wide feet and have a hard time finding any shoes that fit well and these are just right for wet jobs.

I wear these boots evey morning walking with our dog through woodland trails, and for outdoor yard work on weekends. I got these to replace an old pair of boots and these are a huge improvement in support and warmth. The fit was perfect for me.

Extremely well-made and comfortable. I use mine for around the barn and taking care of my various barnyard animals. With these boots my feet don't get that cold clammy feeling they usually do in rubber boots. They give my feet good cushioning and are very reasonably priced. I hope they never stop making them!

I purchased these boots for when I am working with the horses and the ground is muddy, but when we had a big snow storm and it started to melt, there were large puddles that my snow boots would have been soaked clear through. These boots were comfortable and kept my feet warm and dry. I had to order a 1/2 size larger as they only come in full sizes, but by wearing thick socks, they are fine.

My feet are size 7-1/2 so I ordered size 8, but it was WAY too big. Now that I've received size 7 it fits perfectly, so I would say if you are a half-size you should order the next smaller size.

I'm very impressed by how substantial and well-made these boots are. The catalog description doesn't say they have a removable cushioned insole and a fabric lining, but they do. They are nicer than other boots I've seen selling for twice the price.

These boots are absolutely amazing! It is true they run a bit big, but I never wear these without a pear of heavy socks or waders. Not only am a marine biology student, but I also use these for garden and barn work. They are grippy enough to let me climb uneven terrain on the coastline, but also comfortable enough so I can wear them all day. I also love to use these when mucking the barn or working in the mud. They clean off easily too! All around highly recommended.

Get the extra size and wear heavy socks or footpad for warmth. Suddenly, a high quality boot that does everything. I bought a fashion pair and returned them. These are incredible.
