STANDARD DELIVERY

If you choose Standard Delivery, your package should normally arrive in 5-7 business days. Standard delivery orders are shipped via UPS and USPS. Your order will be carefully packaged by the crew in our warehouse, and shipped out to you on the double. Items that are ordered together are not necessarily shipped together.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders specifying 2nd Day and Overnight delivery must be received by 3PM CT to ship that same business day. Expedited order requests received after 3PM CT on Friday, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next business day.  Saturday delivery is available however you must contact Duluth Trading at 1-800-505-8888 before 3:00 pm CT (M-F).  An additional $15.00 will be charged to your order for this service.

We do not charge sales tax on orders sent outside Wisconsin.

Standard Delivery Only:

Standard delivery is the only service available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, orders outside the U.S., APO, FPO and P.O. Boxes.

International Orders

Please contact customer service for shipping charges. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. They will be collected at time of delivery.

Orders shipping to Canada

Packages shipping to Canada will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Transit time is approximately 6-10 business days. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

APO, FPO addresses

Duluth only charges the Standard Delivery fees above. Deliveries are shipped via the United States Postal Service.

Choose “Store Pickup” and have your order shipped free to our retail stores at 100 W. Main St. in Mount Horeb, WI or 108 N. Franklin St. in Port Washington, WI. Normal delivery time is 2-5 days, and we will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
