Web and Email Marketing Coordinator Belleville, WI
We are seeking a talented Web and Email Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in the production of Duluth Trading Company’s web and email content. This position will coordinate and execute the development and publishing of digital marketing content, including website, email and other web marketing materials. We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual who has a passion for web marketing and understands the importance of thinking critically and getting the details right.
A sample of the responsibilities:
- Route and publish new products in Duluth’s web content management system (CMS), maintain existing product and category information
- Coordinate creation of custom landing pages with online team as needed to support email and marketing objectives
- Manage all product metadata for search, generate null search reports, create friendly URLs
- Facilitate the production of e-catalogs
- Perform day-to-day execution of email campaign development, QA and deployment processes
- Execute all email promotion set up, load all email assets into email system, trouble shoot potential issues
- Coordinate creative reviews and approvals with cross-functional teams. Facilitate and document feedback and manage handoffs
- Work with email service provider on specifications and development of campaign functionality
- Examine all creative assets to ensure that creative is optimized for delivery and performance and meets creative brief specifications

Key Qualities We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years email and web marketing experience, preferred

- Ability to collate data and report on email campaign results with suggestions for improvement

- Coordination of all merchandise samples for photo shoots, video shoots and PR requirements
